89atm Terms & Conditions — Platform Rules & User Agreement

1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions shall apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "89atm" / "the Platform" refers to the online gaming platform operated at 89atm.pro, including all games, betting markets, promotions, and ancillary services offered therein.
• "Player" / "User" / "You" refers to any individual who registers an account on the 89atm platform or accesses any of its services.
• "Account" refers to the registered player account through which a Player accesses 89atm's services.
• "Real Money Balance" refers to deposited funds held within a Player's 89atm account that are withdrawable subject to these Terms.
• "Bonus Balance" refers to promotional or bonus funds credited to a Player's account that are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a bonus amount must be staked before the resulting winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "PKR" refers to the Pakistani Rupee, the primary account currency used on the 89atm platform.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity verification process required by 89atm to comply with anti-money-laundering obligations and confirm player eligibility.
• "AML" refers to Anti-Money Laundering policies and procedures applicable to the operation of 89atm.

2. Eligibility & Age Verification

Use of the 89atm platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which must be satisfied at all times during your use of the platform:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times while maintaining an active 89atm account.
2. You must be a natural person and not acting on behalf of a corporate entity for the purpose of gambling.
3. You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is expressly prohibited under applicable law. It is your personal responsibility to verify the legality of online gaming in your jurisdiction before registering.
4. You must not be an employee, director, officer, or immediate family member of an employee of 89atm or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or software suppliers.
5. You must not be subject to a self-exclusion agreement with 89atm or any other gaming operator under a shared exclusion programme at the time of registration.
6. You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.

3. Account Registration & Security

To access real-money services on 89atm, you must register a player account. The following conditions apply to account registration and ongoing account maintenance:

1. Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the 89atm platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes fraud.
2. You must provide accurate, current, and complete registration information. Providing false information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure.
3. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your 89atm login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party.
4. You must notify 89atm immediately via support channels if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. 89atm will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access where the Player has failed to maintain adequate security practices.
5. 89atm reserves the right to verify the identity of any player at any time, including during withdrawal processing, bonus claims, or in response to suspicious activity. This KYC process may require submission of a valid national identity card (CNIC), passport, or other government-issued identification.
6. Account usernames must not impersonate 89atm staff, public figures, or other players, and must not contain offensive, misleading, or trademarked terms.

4. Deposits & Payment Methods

89atm accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through the following supported payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, and 1LINK-connected transfers. The following conditions apply to all deposits:

1. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on your account verification status and selected payment method.
2. All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. 89atm reserves the right to reverse any deposit identified as originating from a payment account not registered to the depositing player.
3. 89atm does not charge processing fees on standard deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside 89atm's control.
4. Deposits are credited to your 89atm Real Money Balance upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. In the event of a delayed deposit, you should contact 89atm support with your transaction reference number.
5. 89atm reserves the right to decline any deposit at its sole discretion, including in cases where AML screening indicates a potential compliance concern.
6. Players must not use 89atm as a payment processing mechanism or transfer funds between accounts for any purpose other than genuine gameplay.

5. Withdrawals

Players may request withdrawal of their Real Money Balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

1. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 1,000. Maximum withdrawal limits per transaction, per day, and per month may apply depending on your account verification tier.
2. All withdrawals must be processed to a payment account registered in your own name and matching the account details on file with 89atm. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
3. Before any withdrawal is processed, 89atm may require completion of KYC verification. Required documents may include a copy of your CNIC, proof of address, and proof of the payment method used for deposits.
4. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 to 72 hours of submission, subject to successful KYC review and AML compliance checks. Processing times may vary depending on the selected payment method and your banking provider.
5. 89atm reserves the right to delay or decline withdrawal requests where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, multi-accounting, or AML concerns. In such cases, 89atm will notify the player and may request additional verification documentation.
6. Winnings derived from bonus funds are only eligible for withdrawal once all applicable wagering requirements have been met in full.
7. 89atm does not charge withdrawal processing fees on standard transactions. Players are responsible for any charges levied by their own payment provider.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

89atm offers various bonuses and promotional offers to new and existing players. All bonus offers are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual promotion, in addition to the general bonus conditions set out below:

1. Bonuses are available to eligible players only. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, each bonus is available once per player, per household, per device, and per payment method.
2. All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before withdrawal is permitted. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier, eligible games, and time limit are stated in the specific promotion terms.
3. Unless otherwise stated, only games within the slots category contribute 100% towards wagering requirements. Live casino and table games may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all — refer to each promotion's specific terms for game contribution rates.
4. 89atm reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, modify its terms, or cancel a player's entitlement to a bonus at any time without notice where there is evidence of abuse, exploitation, or breach of these Terms.
5. Bonus funds may not be transferred, sold, or exchanged for cash equivalents. Only the winnings generated from bonus play are eligible for withdrawal, subject to wagering requirements.
6. In the event of a conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.
7. Players who have been identified as engaging in bonus abuse — including but not limited to low-risk betting patterns designed to circumvent wagering requirements, or exploiting technical errors — will have their bonus cancelled and may have their account suspended.

7. Prohibited Conduct & Fair Play

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 89atm platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with 89atm games or betting markets.
• Colluding with other players in live dealer games, poker, or any other multiplayer format in order to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors to generate winnings that would not otherwise be achievable. Any winnings generated through exploitation of an error will be voided.
• Engaging in money laundering, including depositing funds derived from illegal activity or using 89atm as a vehicle to legitimise illicit proceeds.
• Registering multiple accounts, providing false identity information, or using another person's payment method or identity to register or transact on the platform.
• Attempting to manipulate live betting markets through the use of insider information or coordinated betting activity.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour directed at 89atm support staff or other players via any communication channel.

8. Responsible Gaming

89atm is committed to promoting responsible gaming and provides a range of tools to help players maintain control over their gaming activity. The following responsible gaming provisions form part of these Terms & Conditions:

1. Players may set deposit limits (daily, weekly, or monthly) from their account settings. Once set, deposit limits take effect immediately. Requests to increase a deposit limit are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period.
2. Players may set loss limits and wagering limits to cap their total losses or total bets within a defined period.
3. Players may activate a cooling-off period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks, during which they will be unable to access real-money games or make deposits.
4. Players may request permanent self-exclusion at any time. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and result in the permanent closure of the player's account with no possibility of re-registration for a minimum period of 5 years.
5. 89atm restricts access to the platform to players aged 21 and above. Age verification is enforced at the point of withdrawal and may be requested at any time during the account lifecycle.
6. Players who believe they may have a gambling problem are encouraged to seek assistance from relevant support organisations and to use the responsible gaming tools available in their 89atm account settings.

9. Intellectual Property

All content published on the 89atm platform, including but not limited to software, source code, game assets, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and user interface design, is the proprietary intellectual property of 89atm or its licensed third-party game providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 89atm platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the 89atm platform without prior written consent from 89atm.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the platform.
• Create derivative works based on the 89atm platform or its content.
• Use the 89atm name, logo, or branding in any manner without express written authorisation.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 89atm's total aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

89atm shall not be liable for any of the following categories of loss, regardless of whether such losses were foreseeable or whether 89atm had been advised of their possibility:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings.
• Loss of data or corruption of data.
• Indirect, consequential, special, or incidental losses of any kind.
• Losses arising from platform downtime, technical failures, or interruptions to service that are outside 89atm's reasonable control, including force majeure events.
• Losses resulting from the Player's failure to comply with these Terms & Conditions.

The 89atm platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While 89atm takes all reasonable steps to ensure platform availability and accuracy of published information, we do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

11. Account Suspension & Termination

89atm reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the specified timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or bonus abuse.
• Reasonable suspicion that the player is under 21 years of age.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period exceeding 12 months.
• Instruction from a regulatory authority, law enforcement agency, or court order.
• Risk management or commercial decisions at the sole discretion of 89atm's compliance team.

In the event of account closure for reasons other than fraud or breach of terms, any verified Real Money Balance will be returned to the player via the original payment method used for deposit, subject to AML compliance checks. Bonus balances and winnings derived solely from bonus play will be forfeited upon closure for any reason.

12. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute relating to your 89atm account, transactions, game outcomes, or these Terms & Conditions, the following procedure shall apply:

1. Step 1 — Contact Support: Players must first submit a formal complaint to 89atm customer support, providing full details of the dispute including account username, relevant transaction IDs, and a clear description of the issue. Initial complaints should be submitted via the live chat or support email.
2. Step 2 — Internal Review: 89atm's compliance team will review the complaint and provide a written response within 10 business days of receipt of all relevant information.
3. Step 3 — Escalation: If you are unsatisfied with 89atm's response, you may escalate the matter to the relevant dispute resolution body under 89atm's international gaming licence. Details of the applicable dispute resolution process are available upon request from customer support.

All game outcomes on the 89atm platform are determined by certified RNG systems. In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome, the result recorded in 89atm's server logs shall be the definitive record and shall prevail over any information displayed on the player's device in cases of discrepancy arising from technical issues.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions and any disputes arising from them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 89atm holds its international gaming licence. By registering on the 89atm platform, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any disputes that cannot be resolved through the internal dispute resolution procedure set out in Section 12.

Nothing in this clause shall limit 89atm's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction where it determines such relief is necessary to protect its legitimate business interests or prevent irreparable harm.
